 All classes are beginner level. Most classes are 90 minutes unless otherwise stated on the schedule. Bikram Yoga is practiced in a heated room to activate Heat Shock Proteins, which help detoxify the body, slow the aging process, and aid in greater mobility. 

If you want to feel amazing, you owe it to yourself to try this yoga. 

Wear shorts and a shirt, as if you were going for a jog. We offer mats and towels to rent, and have a shower available.
